To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Cash on Delivery orders are eligible only for pin codes that are serviceable by our logistics partner.

If a consignee has placed a cash on delivery order and the mentioned pin code is not serviceable by our logistics partner, consignee will be contacted by our representative and might ask you to make the balance payment so that the order can be shipped as a prepaid order once the balance payment has been made and confirmed. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product.
Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable
in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

Delivery time and processing Once your order is received it must undergo a verification process that includes a review of your required documents (Adhaar card, Voter ID, Passport) as a quality assurance review of the airgun(s). This verification takes up to 3 days for us to complete, once we ship your order we will update your delivery ETA. Most orders are delivered between 10 to 15 business days using reputable Surface courier, and we ship orders Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once your order is placed on our website , it takes 2 to 3 days for verification of your provided documents (Adhaar card , Voter ID , Passport) and quality check of the air gun ordered by you . Delivery date and time will be updated after shipping. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days through Surface Courier. Orders which are booked by Indian Post takes 25-30 days for delivery. Delivery of all the orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing your order. If the order is shipped out via any other logistics apart from our logistics partner or Indian Postal services, the consignee might have to collect it from the nearest logistics warehouse and the shipping charges will have to paid by the consignee to the logistics at the time of delivery. This information will be provided to the consignee beforehand and the order will be shipped after the confirmation is received from the consignee in any such cases.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please make a video of unboxing the package and send it to us on care.gspk@gmail.com . Also, please call our customer care at 8797760044 or email us at&nbs style="color: blue;"p;care.gspk@gmail.com  mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original documents, product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
